Safety Highlights
Safety is always Job #1. Along with our labor counterparts, we train, educate and inform our workforce, striving to keep them safe and healthy. Jobsite safety is a team effort and our Safety Director keeps current with all OSHA regulations and passes these along to our workers in the field. Our project managers know that a safe workplace is an efficient one and continually remind our field personnel that safety must be given the highest priority.
Diefenderfer Safety Highlights:
- Full-time Safety Director Pennsylvania State Certified Safety Committee
- Monthly safety committee meetings to discuss company-specific issues, as well as governmental and industry requirements
- Orientation/Safety Program for all new hires
- Ongoing Training and Continuing Education Program on all aspects of electrical and construction safety
- Weekly “Tool Box Talk” program for all employees
- Weekly jobsite safety meetings
